- Deny by default, check on both client and server
Hardening Mode

Rules
- NEVER store plain-text passwords
- Short-lived access tokens (15-30 min), rotate refresh tokens
- ALWAYS validate server-side, client validation is for UX only
- NEVER use eval(), innerHTML with user input
- Parameterized queries only, never string concat for SQL
- Secrets in env vars, never in code
- Use established libraries, never roll your own crypto
