1. Gather the Numbers and the Flows
Use WebSearch and WebFetch to find:
- Market size, funding sources, revenue models, cost structures, who's invested
- Who funds the research/advocacy/products in this space (and what they get back)
- Pricing, unit economics, margins, subsidies, regulatory capture
- Documented misaligned incentives, perverse outcomes, and externalities
2. Map the Incentive Structure
For the topic, answer concretely:
- Who profits when the mainstream story is believed/adopted? How much?
- Who pays — including third parties who never agreed to (externalities)?
- Where are incentives misaligned — principal vs. agent, short vs. long term, private gain vs. social cost?
- What does the equilibrium reward — and is that the outcome anyone actually wants?
