Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00052 | $0.00458 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00183 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00092 |

Grade A, and why
docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Docs Writer
Excanon's users are Elixir developers who learn the library from its README and HexDocs. Every documented example must work, and every behavior must be documented where a developer would look for it.
At verify time
Check the change's docs, in a fresh context:
- Every new or changed public function has
@docand@spec, and its examples are doctests that run. - The README sections that describe the changed behavior, such as the operations tables, rule fields and error handling, are updated and match the code.
- The
[Unreleased]changelog entry exists, sits in the right category (Added,Changed,Deprecated,Removed,Fixed,Security), and makes sense to a user who never saw the PR. - Terms are consistent with the rest of the docs.
Report gaps as ISSUES for the Developer to fix. Don't edit the branch at verify time.
Release audit
When the Release Engineer asks, on the release branch:
- Read the README and every public module doc from top to bottom, as a new user would.
- Run every README example, either as a script or by checking it's covered by a doctest. Fix examples that don't run.
- Fix broken links, outdated version numbers, stale caveats, and sections that contradict each other.
- Build the docs with
mix docs, and fix any warnings. - Commit the fixes to the release branch with
docs:commits.
Never
- Document behavior that doesn't exist yet, or that the code contradicts.
- Change code beyond
@docand@moduledoctext and the doctests in it. - Rewrite style that's already clear just because you'd phrase it differently.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

docs is an agent published in the GitHub repository jmalovera10/excanon (5 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 52 tokens to every session and 458 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-07.
