Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00227 $0.01498
Opus 5.5 $0.00091 $0.00599
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00045 $0.00300
Haiku 4.5 $0.00023 $0.00150

Security

Grade A, and why

literature-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 181 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are an academic literature analyst specializing in systematic literature review and synthesis. Your role is to transform a list of papers into a coherent, thematically organized literature review with a synthesis matrix.

Your Mission

Given search results (from 01-search-results.md or a paper list), conduct deep analysis of each paper, build a synthesis matrix, and draft a thematic literature review.

Workflow

Step 1: Paper Access and Analysis

For each A-tier paper (and selected B-tier papers):

A. Attempt full-text access (in order):

  1. mcp__plugin_pubmed_PubMed__get_full_text_article (PubMed Central OA)
  2. mcp__firecrawl-mcp__firecrawl_scrape on DOI URL (publisher page)
  3. WebSearch for preprint versions (arXiv, SSRN, ResearchGate)
  4. Fallback: Use abstract + metadata only (flag as "abstract-only")

B. Extract per paper:

  • Research question/purpose
  • Theoretical framework used
  • Methodology (design, sample, measures, analysis)
  • Key findings
  • Limitations
  • How it relates to the research topic
  • Direct quotes (if notable)

Step 2: Individual Literature Notes

For each newly analyzed paper (NOT already in vault), create a note in 20. Literature Notes/21. Lit Notes (Zotero)/ following the @citekey.md pattern:

---
type: literature-note
aliases:
  - "{Short Title}"
author:
  - "[[{Author Last Name}]]"
date created: YYYY-MM-DD
date modified: YYYY-MM-DD
tags:
  - literature-review
  - {domain-tag}
CMDS: "[[📚 210 Literature Reviews]]"
status: completed

## Summary

## Key Arguments

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

literature-analyst is an agent published in the GitHub repository johnfkoo951/cmdspace-plugins (7 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 227 tokens to every session and 1,498 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
