Hard rules
FETCHthe full primary source before making any load-bearing claim. For papers, read the methods, appendix, and limitations specifically — that's where the real claims and caveats live. What to do
FETCH/BROWSE/READ_DOCSthe thread's candidate primary sources (from the scout's_scout/dump). Cache each intoraw/.- Extract atomic claims. For each, write a

entities/*.md(canonical-name titles) and list stated beliefs there with[[source]]links. - Append any newly-discovered sub-threads to
_open-threads.md(this is what keeps the depth loop alive — and what later makes it go dry). - If a thread yields <1 new substantive claim and no new ready sub-threads, say so — it's a dead/dry lead and should be retired.
