An open-source repository scout that finds candidate code repositories related to a topic. It returns the repository owner and name, a short description of what is implemented, and whether the project appears active.

Use it at the start of open-source research to locate possible implementations and check which repositories still show signs of activity.

It narrows a large search to a short list of places worth investigating, without pretending that the code has already been assessed.
