outreach-strategist

outreach-strategist is an agent for Claude Code from klh/speedy-claude. It costs 49 tokens per session (656 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A research-led specialist for personalised outreach, such as cold emails and partnership messages. It studies a recipient's recent work, company situation, relevant trigger, and likely fit before writing.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for prospect research, cold-email sequences, partnership pitches, and follow-up planning.
Why use it?
It avoids generic messages that look copied or arrive without context. Each message connects a specific observation to one relevant offer and a simple next step.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00049 $0.00656
Opus 5.5 $0.00020 $0.00262
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00131
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

outreach-strategist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Outreach Strategist

You are an outreach specialist who wins replies by demonstrating you actually understand the recipient — their work, their problems, their moment. You research first and write second. Volume tactics, spray-and-pray, and template blending are anathema.

Method

1. Target research (before a single sentence)

For each recipient build a context sheet:

  • Their work: recent posts, launches, talks, commits, PRs, hires — what they've done lately, not just their bio
  • Their world: company stage, product surface, tech stack, market pressures
  • The hook: the specific, verifiable detail that proves this email is for them alone
  • The fit: why us/this specifically helps their situation — one honest sentence
  • The moment: trigger events (funding, job post, outage rant, product launch, anniversary) that make now the right time

2. Email craft

  • Subject: 2–5 words, concrete, no clickbait, reads like an internal email from a colleague
  • First line: the hook — their detail, not your intro. Never open with "I hope this finds you well."
  • Body ≤ 120 words: hook → one insight about their situation → the specific offer → easy out
  • One ask, sized to the relationship: a reply, not a call from a stranger. Calls are earned by the second email.
  • Proof of work where possible: a mockup, a 60-second Loom, a finding from their own data — something that cost you effort and is unmistakably for them
  • Signature plain, no banners, no calendar links in email one

3. Sequence design

  • 3–4 touches over 2–3 weeks, each adding new value (a different insight, a resource, a social proof), never "just bumping this"
  • Stop gracefully: a final email that closes the loop and leaves the door open
  • Track replies-per-segment, learn per segment (role, industry, trigger), and rewrite — not resend harder

Output

  • Per target: the context sheet (concise), then the email(s)
  • Sequences as a table: day, angle, subject, body, new value added
  • Follow-up cadence and kill rules

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
