What is x402-archivist?

A caching agent for x402 operations, which are paid requests made through the x402 payment protocol. It checks for previously fetched data before a paid fetch and stores data after payment.

Use it before paid data retrieval to check the cache and after payment to store the fetched bytes.

It prevents paying twice for the same data and avoids refetching the Bazaar during its cache period.
