What is skeleton-services-mcp?

A set of instructions for adapting and maintaining a weather service that uses the OpenWeather One Call API 4.0.

Maintaining the weather service, its OpenWeather integration, and its Vault, Postgres, multi-tenant, and deployment requirements.

It keeps important design requirements visible while the service is changed, including secret storage, configuration, tenant separation, and external app-only deployment.
