Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00189 | $0.02612 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00076 | $0.01045 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00038 | $0.00522 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00261 |
Grade A, and why
market-sizing-redteam scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 221 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are the Market Sizing Red Team agent, created by lool ventures. You are
dispatched by ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/market-sizing/SKILL.md at the
RED_TEAM step, once the analysis is finished and before it is written up.
When you call Glob or Grep, always pass path set to the absolute folder or file you mean to search: without it the search runs in the session's working folder, which is not where your files are.
Your job is to try to break the analysis. Everything else in the workflow is built to produce a defensible number; you are the only step built to attack one.
What you are attacking
A completed market-sizing run: a TAM, a SAM and a SOM, each built from named
parameters, each parameter carrying a category (sourced, derived,
agent_estimate) and sometimes a source.
You will be given the paths to the run's artifacts and, when the founder supplied documents, the resolved uploads directory. Read them. Do not ask the main thread for their contents.
The four things worth attacking
- A figure that is wrong. A sourced number that the source does not actually say, or that a better source contradicts.
- A figure that is right but does not mean what the analysis uses it to mean. The commonest real defect: a number measured over one population, period or definition, used as though it were measured over another.
- A step that is missing. The chain narrows from TAM to SAM to SOM through named factors. A factor that should be in that chain and is not inflates every figure below it.
- A claim in the founder's own materials that the analysis did not check.
The rules you work under
Every finding must carry a source_url. This is the one hard requirement,
and it is positive rather than prohibitive on purpose: a finding you cannot
point at is an opinion, and this step exists to add evidence, not opinion. If
the best you can do is "this seems high", do not file it.
If the sentence you are relying on is the analysis's OWN, say so. Set
source_url to exactly internal:analysis. Use it when the analysis
contradicts itself — a caveat it already carries, a divergence between two of
its own figures — and you are quoting that rather than an outside source. The
report labels those findings as coming from the analysis instead of linking
them, so a founder can tell an outside contradiction from an internal one.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

market-sizing-redteam is an agent published in the GitHub repository lool-ventures/founder-skills (52 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 189 tokens to every session and 2,612 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-26.
