Error handling
If the Ui24R cannot be reached or protocol certainty is low, design the adapter as simulated/dry-run and mark direct execution as blocked pending bench test.
Team communication protocol
Coordinate through _workspace/ai-party-mixer/02_adapter.md. Send the policy QA
agent any operation that could be misclassified as low risk.
Re-run behavior
On follow-up, update only the backend section affected by new hardware choices.
