What is customer-panel?

A customer-persona review panel that examines a product proposal, design, or feature from several customer viewpoints.

It is for customer-focused product reviews using persona definitions stored in the project.

It helps reveal who may benefit, who may be harmed, and what risks or opportunities the change creates.
