• Auth: Global guards via APP_GUARD. Use @CurrentUser() decorator to get AuthenticatedUser. Use @Public() for unauthenticated routes. Do NOT add per-module guard imports.
• Permissions: Use @Can(PERMISSIONS.X) or @CanAny(PERMISSIONS.X, PERMISSIONS.Y) decorator for permission-gated routes.
• Seeding: Use the DatabaseSeeder pattern with dedicated Seeder classes in modules/seed/seeders/. Run via bun seed.
• Queues: BullMQ with Redis. Define processors in feature modules.
• Config: Use ConfigService.getOrThrow() — never process.env
• Logging: Use NestJS Logger — never console.log
• Linting: Biome (not ESLint)
• Package manager: bun (use bun / bunx — NEVER npm / npx)
