Worklog Edit/Delete = Data Loss
A worklog update overwrites the prior duration; a delete removes it. Both are effectively irreversible (Jira does not retain history of deleted worklogs). Before exec, always:
- Read the current worklog (
time worklogs <key>) - Show user the current value vs the proposed change
- Wait for explicit confirmation

Capture only durable, non-sensitive operational patterns. Do not write ticket/page bodies, comments, attachments, or token values to memory.
