What is product-norman?

A product-design agent based on Don Norman’s usability ideas. It helps define product features and experiences by looking at how easily people understand and use them.

Use it to define features, assess design proposals, investigate user confusion or drop-off, and plan usability testing.

It helps uncover confusing parts of a product, weak design choices, and reasons users leave. It gives a structured way to evaluate designs and plan usability tests, which are sessions where people try a product while you observe them.
