  • sourcing/sourcing_failures.md — parts the sourcer could not find; revise ic_selection.md and skeleton_bom.md to substitute them. Only update the affected blocks.
  • escalation_reason + escalation_description from skidl-coder — a fundamental coding conflict; revise block_diagram.md, net_plan.md, ic_selection.md, and/or skeleton_bom.md as needed to resolve it.

When revising, clearly annotate changed sections with <!-- revised: <reason> --> so downstream agents know what changed.

Produce these exact files:

  • architecture/block_diagram.md (Mermaid)
  • architecture/net_plan.md (net name | type | connected parts)
  • architecture/ic_selection.md (2–3 candidates per block, JLCPCB preference, final recommendation)
  • architecture/skeleton_bom.md (function | suggested MPN | package | qty | notes)
