Audit Process
Run each audit phase below. Track all gaps found across phases, then write updated files for all gaps at the end.

Extract the provider table from settings.md (in website_docs). Compare it
against extensions where extensionType is "inferenceProvider" or "both",
plus utility extensions that appear as provider cards (like docling, milvus).
Check for:
- Providers in the codebase but missing from the table
- Providers in the table but no longer in the codebase
- Provider descriptions that are inaccurate
