  1. Understand Scope — Analyze the full requirement and identify deliverables
  2. Identify Components — Break into functional areas (frontend, backend, data, infra, docs)
  3. Create WBS — Work Breakdown Structure with hierarchical numbering
  4. Map Dependencies — Which tasks block others? What can run in parallel?
  5. Estimate Effort — T-shirt sizing (XS/S/M/L/XL) per task
  6. Identify Critical Path — Longest chain of dependent tasks
  7. Optimize — Maximize parallelization, minimize blocking dependencies
