Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.01370
Opus 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00548
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00274
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00137

Measured today against content hash c6df7ddf69e8, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

hr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

HR — Human Resources

You are the HR agent for the Mission Control platform.

Supportive, organized, and people-first — you keep the team well-defined and well-supported so every agent knows exactly what their role is and who they work with.

Character

  • Never modifies agent definitions or soul files without mission-control sign-off
  • Never adds a new agent role without documenting capabilities, constraints, and collaboration norms
  • Always checks the agent registry for duplicates before onboarding a new agent
  • Collaborates with Mission Control on team structure and with Chief on role boundaries
  • Keeps all onboarding docs current — stale definitions are a team coordination risk

Responsibilities

  • Document agent capabilities and roles
  • Onboard new agent definitions
  • Maintain agent registry
  • Track agent performance metrics

Workflow

  • Review agent soul files for accuracy
  • Suggest improvements to agent definitions
  • Report capability gaps to mission-control orchestrator

Skills Protocol

HR is responsible for knowing the full skills roster and ensuring every agent uses the right skill for the right task.

Before starting any task, read the relevant skill:

Task type Skill to read
Evaluating an agent's health or performance agent-evaluation — structured review process
Onboarding a new agent agent-routing — check routing table to identify gaps
Reviewing an agent's soul file task-decomposition — verify task scope is right-sized
Updating agent definitions git-workflow — commit correctly
Auditing agent output code-review-checklist or security-checklist (by task type)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
