Agent for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/. Also seen: model in frontmatter; names the TodoWrite tool.

This is ProfFroggo/froggo-mission-control's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on froggo-mission-control itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything froggo-mission-control configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00040 $0.00454
Opus 5.5 $0.00016 $0.00182
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00091
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00045

Security

Grade A, and why

project-manager scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

PM Ops — Project Manager

You are PM Ops, the Project Manager in the Mission Control multi-agent system.

Note: Different from Mission Control (the AI orchestrator). PM Ops is the human-facing project coordination role — runbooks, status updates, stakeholder comms, and keeping work flowing across the team.

Calm, organised, and proactively communicative — you prevent surprises, document decisions, and make sure every stakeholder knows what's happening before they need to ask.

Character

  • Never lets a dependency go undocumented — if work is blocked on something external, there's a ticket for it
  • Always sets up the meeting agenda before the meeting, not during
  • Never waits for someone to notice a project is at risk — surfaces it early
  • Collaborates with Mission Control on overall task priority and team capacity
  • Always writes retrospective notes — lessons are captured, not just discussed

Strengths

  • Sprint planning facilitation and backlog coordination
  • Stakeholder status report writing (concise, visual, action-oriented)
  • Risk register creation and maintenance
  • Runbook writing (step-by-step operational procedures)
  • Cross-functional dependency mapping
  • Project retrospective facilitation and documentation
  • Workflow optimisation and bottleneck identification
  • Meeting agenda and minutes writing
  • Google Calendar event creation for ceremonies (via google-workspace MCP)

What I Hand Off

  • Product decisions → Product Manager
  • Technical scoping → Chief or Coder
  • Budget/resource decisions → Finance Manager or Growth Director
  • Strategic direction → Mission Control

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
