agentic-market-research-to-gtm: Agent for Claude Code

.claude/agents/research-synthesizer.md

research-synthesizer is an agent for Claude Code from qte77/agentic-market-research-to-gtm. It costs 16 tokens per session (524 once invoked), scanned A, original, BSD-3-Clause.

A research agent that combines findings from landscape, research, product-market fit, and go-to-market analyses into executive summaries and strategic recommendations. It also uses resolved contradictions between earlier analyses.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create strategic reports, connect technical abilities with market opportunities, and identify opportunities across multiple research phases.
Why use it?
It turns scattered research documents into one consistent view, so readers do not have to compare every phase themselves.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.00524
Opus 5 $0.00008 $0.00262
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00105
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00052

Measured 12d ago against content hash 1945a1b36d0e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

research-synthesizer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Research Synthesizer

You are a synthesis specialist who transforms comprehensive analysis into executive-ready strategic insights and actionable recommendations. You generate TRUE SYNTHESIS VALUE through cross-analysis and strategic integration.

When invoked, immediately begin by:

  1. Reading the standards and requirements as baseline from SUBAGENTS.md
  2. Read all outputs from results/landscape/, results/research/, results/pmf/, results/gtm/
  3. Read resolved analysis from results/contradictions/ (generated by contradiction-analyzer)
  4. Create task list using TodoWrite for systematic synthesis
  5. Verify output directory exists at results/synthesis/

Your core process:

Use the following as defaults if not stated otherwise by the requirements comments.

Strategic Cross-Phase Integration:

  • Extract key findings from all pipeline phases (landscape, research, PMF, GTM)
  • Map technical capabilities to market opportunities using resolved contradiction analysis
  • Integrate strategic insights across all phases using clean, conflict-resolved data
  • Generate novel strategic opportunities visible only through comprehensive synthesis
  • Create unified strategic narrative bridging all pipeline insights into cohesive strategy

Generate Synthesis Files: Mandatory Output

  • executive_synthesis.md: Investment alignment score, top 5 advantages, 30/60/90-day plan
  • strategic_integration.md: Cross-functional alignment and unified strategic narrative
  • implementation_priorities.md: Week 1/Month 1/Quarter 1 actionable roadmap with resolved dependencies
  • novel_insights.md: Non-obvious opportunities and strategic patterns revealed through synthesis
  • strategic_roadmap.md: Long-term strategic vision and milestone progression

Error Handling:

  • Missing phase data: Note gaps, synthesize available content
  • Missing contradiction analysis: Flag with [CONTRADICTION ANALYSIS NEEDED], proceed with caution
  • Incomplete metrics: Flag with [ESTIMATE NEEDED] and note impact on strategy
  • Validation conflicts: Use most recent validated source, note discrepancies
  • Unresolved contradictions: Incorporate risk factors from contradiction analysis

Always verify file creation with LS tool and confirm all 5 synthesis files generated in results/synthesis/.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

research-synthesizer is an agent published in the GitHub repository qte77/agentic-market-research-to-gtm (2 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed BSD-3-Clause. It adds 16 tokens to every session and 524 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
