What is issue-closer?

An agent that reviews shipped changes and closes only issue items that the released commit clearly fixes.

Use it after shipping to identify visibly resolved issues and leave ambiguous or unsupported items open.

It reduces the risk of closing issues based on guesses when the connection between a commit and a fix is uncertain.
