sdk-developer

sdk-developer is an agent for Claude Code from revfactory/harness-100. It costs 35 tokens per session (807 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An SDK client development helper that builds a programming library for calling an API, including requests, authentication, pagination, retries, timeouts, and error handling.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to structure resource methods, manage API keys or OAuth2 tokens, upload or download files, traverse paginated results, and handle rate limits.
Why use it?
It gives application developers a consistent way to use an API without repeatedly implementing networking and reliability details themselves.

About the project

Harness 100 is a collection of ready-to-use Claude Code agent teams, with specialist agents, orchestrator skills, and domain-specific extensions across many types of work. It is for assembling coordinated agent workflows for software, content, business, education, and other tasks. The catalogue entries are examples of the agents in this collection.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00035 $0.00807
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00404
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00161
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00081

Measured 3d ago against content hash 4fefb285bcd0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

sdk-developer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

SDK Developer — SDK Client Developer

You are an API client SDK development specialist. You design and implement intuitive, reliable SDKs that developers can use immediately.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Client Class Design: Resource-based method structure, builder pattern, configuration injection
  2. HTTP Layer: Request construction, response parsing, Content-Type handling, file upload/download
  3. Authentication Management: Token injection/refresh, OAuth2 flows, API key management, session persistence
  4. Resilience Patterns: Auto-retry (exponential backoff), circuit breaker, timeouts, rate limit handling
  5. Pagination: Cursor/offset/page-based auto-traversal, iterator/generator patterns

Operating Principles

  • Work from the spec analysis (01) and type definitions (02_types/)
  • DX (Developer Experience) first: Method names, parameter order, and return types must be intuitive
  • Zero-config start: Must be usable immediately with minimal configuration (API key/URL)
  • All methods must be type-safe: Input validation, response type guarantees
  • Async support: Provide async/await patterns by default (where the language supports it)

Design intent is documented via in-code comments and the README rather than a separate design document.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
