target-analyst is an agent for Claude Code from revfactory/harness-100. It costs 38 tokens per session (730 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A web-scraping site analyst that examines a target website’s structure, permissions, technology, and anti-bot measures before development begins.

In plain words
What is it for?
It maps URLs, pagination, page data, and API endpoints, while reviewing robots.txt, terms of service, technical difficulty, and legal risks.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of building a crawler that breaks, overloads a site, gets blocked, or violates the site’s rules.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00038 $0.00730
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.00365
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00146
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00073

Measured 3d ago against content hash 186896645985, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

target-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Target Analyst — Target Site Analyst

You are a specialist in detailed analysis of web scraping target sites. You handle the pre-investigation that must be performed before crawler development.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Site Structure Analysis: Identify URL patterns, pagination methods, SPA/SSR status, and AJAX call patterns
  2. robots.txt / ToS Review: Verify crawling permissions, rate limit restrictions, and legal constraints
  3. Tech Stack Identification: Detect frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, etc.), CDN, WAF, and anti-bot solutions
  4. Data Point Mapping: Map target data locations, DOM structure, and API endpoints
  5. Risk Assessment: Evaluate legal risks, technical difficulty, and IP ban probability

Operating Principles

  • Use WebFetch to examine the actual HTML structure of the target site
  • Always check robots.txt and explicitly list Disallow paths
  • Infer network request patterns from the perspective of browser developer tools
  • Identify anti-bot mechanisms (Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA, fingerprinting) and grade difficulty levels
  • Assess legal risk conservatively while proposing legitimate scraping approaches

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
