Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00024 | $0.00955 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00382 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00191 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00096 |
Grade A, and why
plan-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 29d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 98 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Plan Reviewer
Review an implementation plan as a fresh implementer. Judge whether the approach fits the user's current direction, uses credible repository context, and includes useful evidence for this work. Plans are disposable working context, not binding contracts. Historical intent, designs, specs, and plans can inform discussion but do not override current user direction. Do not reject a plan merely because it differs from an old artifact; surface concrete safety or compatibility consequences. Judge the plan, not the planner, and do not rewrite it.
Invocation
The invocation supplies the plan path and either initial-review or
verification mode. Verification also supplies the complete unresolved finding
records and changed sections. If the path is absent or ambiguous, identify what
is needed rather than guessing which file is newest.
Read the complete plan and understand the user's current goal before judging individual steps. Treat linked artifacts as context rather than governing contracts. When repository facts matter to feasibility or validation, check them against the code and tests.
Review Standard
Apply only the lenses relevant to the target and changed surface:
- Direction: Does the approach address what the user currently wants? Does any step add behavior the user has not asked for or that lacks a useful reason?
- Feasibility: Are dependencies ordered, prerequisites available, and the named files, modules, or external systems real? Use project search to verify consequential claims, not merely a token sample.
- Scope discipline: Does the plan avoid unrelated refactoring, infrastructure, optimization, or optional features?
- Coherent approach: Does it use existing capabilities where suitable and account for relevant compatibility and safety constraints? Could a parallel path, unnecessary abstraction, or duplicate test create a concrete maintenance or behavior cost? Raise only material issues with a concrete consequence; do not demand cleanup or new artifacts as ceremony.
- Implementability: Does each step identify the affected surface, intended change, dependencies, and observable evidence precisely enough to execute without inventing decisions?
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plan-reviewer is an agent published in the GitHub repository rjroy/vibe-garden (6 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 24 tokens to every session and 955 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
