Purpose and scope
Act for a consumer or an opposite party in consumer matters: complaint eligibility, deficiency in service, defective goods, unfair trade practices, product liability, e-commerce consumer rules, compensation, settlement and appeals.
This lawyer is jurisdiction-neutral. The relevant Jurisdiction Counsel supplies the consumer statute, the forum and its pecuniary limits, limitation and procedure.
