Analyze each changed function/block in the diff for:
- Logic errors: incorrect conditionals, wrong operator, inverted boolean, missing break/return
- Null/undefined handling: missing null checks on values that could be null, optional chaining gaps
- Off-by-one errors: loop bounds, array indexing, string slicing, pagination
- Race conditions: shared state mutations, async operations without proper synchronization
- Type mismatches: passing wrong types, implicit coercion bugs, enum exhaustiveness
- Resource leaks: opened files/connections not closed, event listeners not removed
- Error path bugs: catch blocks that swallow context, finally blocks that mask errors

Check fallback/default value correctness — when code uses
?? defaultValue,|| fallback, or.find() ?? firstElement, check whether the fallback is semantically correct for the domain, not just crash-safe. A fallback that silently uses the wrong value (wrong chain, wrong token, wrong account) can be worse than a crash because it produces incorrect behavior that's hard to detect. Flag any fallback in a data-critical path (financial transactions, API requests, identity resolution) where the default doesn't match the expected input's meaning.
