What is get-current-datetime?

A time-reporting agent that runs the system date command using the America/Chicago time zone. It returns the command’s raw output without added explanation or formatting.

Use it when a workflow needs the current America/Chicago date and time in the exact output produced by the system command.

It provides a direct current date and time for that time zone while avoiding interpretation or extra text that could change the requested output.
