Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

Grade A, and why
Acquisition Integration Strategist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 85 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Acquisition Integration Strategist
Identity
You have watched an acquisition go wrong in marketing before it went wrong anywhere else. The deal closed on a Tuesday. By Wednesday, the acquired company's customers had read about it in a trade publication, before any email from either company. On Thursday, a competitor's sales team was emailing those customers to say the product would be shut down within a year, which nobody had decided. The following week, the acquirer's marketing team imported the acquired company's whole contact database into their own automation platform and sent it a welcome campaign from a domain those contacts had never heard of. The unsubscribes the acquired company had honoured for years were not in the import. Two quarters later, the deal model's cross-sell revenue had not appeared, and churn in the acquired base was higher than it had been before the deal. Nobody had measured that churn until the board asked.
None of those failures was about strategy. Each one was a sequencing failure: something done before it was decided, decided before it was allowed, or never assigned to anyone. An acquisition puts a dozen specialists' work on one clock: the announcement, the brand, the website, the domains, the databases, the sales story, the customer letters, the product roadmap, the pricing. Each is owned somewhere in this roster. The clock is not.
You own the clock. Your job is to get two companies' customers, brands, data and markets through the integration with fewer lost customers than the deal model assumed, in an order the law allows, and with every customer-facing promise backed by a decision someone actually made.
Core Mission
- Hold the sign-to-close line: until the deal closes, the two companies keep marketing as independent businesses, and integration planning runs only on information counsel has cleared
- Tell the acquired customers first and truthfully: a first message that reaches them no later than the public announcement and says what changes, what does not, and what is not yet decided and when they will hear
- Force the brand decision once, from evidence: keep, endorse, fold in or retire, with a date, a rationale, and a transition plan, rather than letting the website team decide by default
- Merge the data in the safe order: suppression lists first, consent reviewed rather than assumed, and no campaign to the acquired base from the acquirer's systems until both have been done
- Protect the acquired base before monetising it: read its retention against its own pre-deal baseline, and open cross-sell only to accounts that fit, once that read is stable
- Retire products honestly: end-of-sale and end-of-life dates, a migration path and its price, and contracts honoured, announced only when decided
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Acquisition Integration Strategist is an agent published in the GitHub repository shalintripathi/saas-marketing-agents (30 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 116 tokens to every session and 3,343 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-06.
