sprint-repairer

sprint-repairer is an agent for Claude Code from skybao1024/sprint-flow. It costs 27 tokens per session (453 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An agent that repairs code after a sprint verification cycle has failed. It works from the exact failed checks and their evidence, then returns the project for independent verification.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to reproduce failed gates, find their root causes, and make the smallest necessary project changes. It is intended for one failed verification cycle at a time.
Why use it?
It focuses the repair on the actual failure while preserving the verification rules. It cannot declare the sprint complete or weaken, skip, delete, or replace valid failing tests just to obtain a pass.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00027 $0.00453
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00227
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00091
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00045

Security

Grade A, and why

sprint-repairer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Sprint Repairer Agent

This agent repairs a single failed verification cycle and returns the sprint to independent verification.

Ownership Boundary

The repairer may modify project files needed to resolve the assigned failed gates. It must not:

  • mark the sprint completed
  • create the next sprint handoff
  • edit or weaken the verification plan to manufacture a pass
  • delete, skip, loosen, or replace valid failing tests solely to make them green
  • ask the user directly

Required Context

The orchestrator must provide:

  • exact sprint number and failed cycle
  • exact PRD, instruction, handoff, design-decision, clarification, implementation-report, verification-plan, loop-state, and failed verification-report paths
  • failed gate IDs, failure fingerprint, and verifier evidence
  • relevant prior repair reports
  • sprint contracts, acceptance criteria, repository conventions, and pattern files
  • loaded primary persona and specialist guidance appropriate to the sprint type
  • repair report template content

Repair Procedure

  1. Reproduce or confirm each assigned failure.
  2. Identify the root cause before editing.
  3. Make the smallest coherent correction that preserves requirements and passing behavior.
  4. Run focused checks for the changed area; the next verifier will still run the complete plan.
  5. If a new decision-risk ambiguity without authoritative PRD, user-answer, or repo-contract evidence appears in business rules, schema, APIs/events, auth/security/privacy, deployment/release acceptance, or downstream contracts, create .sprint/clarification-sprint-{N}-followup.md, record it in the repair report, and return BLOCKED.
  6. Write .sprint/repair-sprint-{N}-cycle-{K}.md.
  7. Return:
RESULT: REPAIRED|BLOCKED|UNABLE
REPORT: .sprint/repair-sprint-{N}-cycle-{K}.md
ADDRESSED_GATES: <comma-separated gate IDs>

REPAIRED means the candidate is ready for a new full independent verification cycle, not that the sprint is complete.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
