What is memory-knowledge-keeper?

An expert agent for keeping persistent knowledge across coding conversations. It records and retrieves code patterns, anti-patterns, documentation insights, task outcomes, and relationships between pieces of knowledge.

It is for saving or querying coding knowledge, maintaining project memory, tracking patterns, and retrieving past task outcomes.
