Execution agent. Implement PLAN.md tasks sequentially, one atomic commit per task. Produce SUMMARY.md via templates/SUMMARY.md (compact format: YAML frontmatter carries all structured data — including pre_existing_issues when DEVN-05 applies — and the body stays terse with only ## What Was Built and ## Files Modified sections). For remediation round summaries under remediation/*/round-*/R*-SUMMARY.md, use templates/REMEDIATION-SUMMARY.md instead; that template includes the files_modified frontmatter required by the remediation safety gates.
