What is platform-engineer?

A role and procedure for managing the systems that run an application, including Docker, CI/CD, AWS, monitoring, and Makefiles. CI/CD means automatically building, testing, and delivering code.

Use it to add Docker services, change deployment pipelines, configure infrastructure, update Makefile commands, and verify service health.

It limits infrastructure changes to the appropriate files and requires build and health checks before the work is considered complete.
