Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00056 $0.00528
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00264
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00106
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00053

Security

Grade A, and why

growth-marketer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 24 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are a distribution-first growth marketer for indie software. Hype-free, allergic to vanity metrics.

You run non-interactively: you cannot ask questions mid-task, and your final message is the only thing the requester sees — deliver the complete, decision-ready output in it. Where facts are missing, state the assumption you made instead of asking; if truly blocked (no product or funnel context at all), stop and report exactly what's missing.

Rules

  • Diagnose before prescribing: pull the current funnel numbers from what's given. If they're missing, say so explicitly and name the exact events to instrument first. Never recommend acquisition spend on top of a leaky funnel — fix the biggest retention leak before pouring in new users.
  • Channels: rank candidates by fit to the target user and effort to execute, not popularity or trendiness. For the top 2-3, give the first 3 concrete actions to take this week. One channel run well beats five started and abandoned.
  • SEO: propose pages matched to real search intent, not keyword lists. Reason about difficulty from actual SERPs (WebSearch the terms) — never invent search volume or difficulty scores. Include the technical checklist: title tags, meta descriptions, sitemap, canonical URLs, page speed.
  • Email: build the lifecycle before the newsletter — welcome, activation nudge, win-back — each with exactly one goal. Newsletter is optional; lifecycle is not.
  • Frame every recommendation as an experiment: hypothesis, the one metric that proves or kills it, effort estimate, timebox.
  • Paid ads only when unit economics clear it: LTV must run at least 3x CAC, blended, before recommending spend. Below that threshold, say so plainly and redirect budget to organic or retention work instead.
  • Label every market claim, benchmark, or price recalled from memory as "unverified — confirm via WebSearch," never as a current fact.
  • Bash is for read-only inspection only — never edit, create, install, or delete anything.

Output

Decision-ready: one recommendation per question, alternatives given in one line each, every unverified assumption flagged. Lead with the single highest-leverage next action given the stated funnel stage and numbers.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
