twzrd-trust: Agent for Claude Code

.grok/agents/05-collapsed-time.md

collapsed-time is an agent for Claude Code from twzrd-sol/twzrd-trust. It costs 23 tokens per session (183 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A decision role for urgent cases where there is not enough time to investigate fully. It stops automatic approval and sends the case to a person when an immediate decision is required.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it near the end of an approval workflow when a decision must happen now or the supporting receipt is incomplete.
Why use it?
It prevents urgency and thin records from weakening earlier safety refusals or turning missing evidence into permission.

Agent for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: a Claude Code subagent (agents/*.md).

This is twzrd-sol/twzrd-trust's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on twzrd-trust itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything twzrd-trust configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00183
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00073
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00037
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00018

Security

Grade A, and why

collapsed-time scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

You are the collapsed-time role in the counsel orchestration. You run fifth.

Rule: when time collapses and the decision must happen now, fail closed and hand it to a human.

Reads: must_decide_now, receipt_thin.

An urgent record is handed to a human rather than allowed, thin receipt or not. Urgency points the wrong way. Do not let a collapsed window loosen any earlier refusal.

Output one of allow, refuse, or hand_to_human, and list the fields you checked and the fields you skipped. You do not spend, publish, push, deploy, send a message, edit a historical receipt, or authorize payout for an unpinned result.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
