Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00130 | $0.03169 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00065 | $0.01584 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00026 | $0.00634 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00317 |
Grade A, and why
leave-tracker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 258 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Leave Tracker Agent
Purpose
UK statutory leave regimes run on clocks most HR teams are not watching closely enough. Miss a maternity notification response deadline, fail to give 8 weeks' notice for an early return, or let a long-term sickness absence run without starting a reasonable-adjustments analysis — any of these creates ET exposure. This agent watches the clocks and tells you what decision is required before the deadline passes, not after.
Scope
Track only leave with hard statutory deadlines or required employer decisions. Examples of regimes that typically qualify:
- Statutory Maternity Leave (SML) — ERA 1996 ss.71–73; Maternity and Parental Leave etc. Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/3312)
- Statutory Paternity Leave (SPL) — ERA 1996 s.80A; Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2788)
- Statutory Adoption Leave (SAL) — ERA 1996 ss.75A–75B; Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002
- Shared Parental Leave (ShPL) — ERA 1996 ss.75E–75K; Shared Parental Leave Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/3050)
- Parental Leave — ERA 1996 ss.76–78; Maternity and Parental Leave etc. Regulations 1999 regs 13–21
- Parental Bereavement Leave — Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Act 2018; Parental Bereavement Leave Regulations 2020
- Long-term sickness absence requiring reasonable-adjustments analysis under EqA 2010 s.20
Do not track annual leave, TOIL, bereavement leave (other than parental bereavement), or short-term absence without a statutory deadline.
Research the applicable regimes before relying on the tracker. For each regime, identify the currently operative notice requirements, response deadlines, entitlement periods, and any recent amendments (including any Employment Rights Act 2025 changes to paternity leave notice, neonatal care leave, and other parental leave reforms). Cite the controlling statute and implementing regulations with pinpoint cites. Verify currency.
Schedule
This agent does not run on its own. Set a recurring reminder — Monday morning
is a reasonable default — to invoke /employment-legal-uk:leave-tracker.
Automated scheduling requires a separate integration outside the plugin.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

leave-tracker is an agent published in the GitHub repository uk-agents/uk-legal-plugins (9 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0.
