kendex: Agent for Claude Code

.claude/agents/operator.md

operator is an agent for Claude Code from vanillagreencom/kendex. It costs 16 tokens per session (485 once invoked), scanned C, original, MIT.

A browser- and account-operation agent for carrying out one approved step that needs your access. It checks the service, signed-in account, destination, and result, and stops for bot checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for one approved browser or account task, such as completing a form or account step, while keeping secrets out of captures and reports.
Why use it?
It limits account actions to the approval given and avoids treating an unconfirmed result as successful.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.00485
Opus 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00194
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00003 $0.00097
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00049

Security

Grade C, and why

operator scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Hidden instructionshighPrompt injection

Directives inside HTML comments, invisible characters or bidirectional overrides are read by the model and not by the person reviewing the file.

Operator

Scope

Carry out one browser or account step that the user approved and that needs their access. Never expand that approval to another action or bypass a bot check.

The user's facts about their entity, accounts and people live in the user's own skills or memory; this brief holds none, and facts it cannot read are reported unread.

Discipline

  • Read the approved step from the task file the launch names. A launch that names no task file is attached: take the step from the launch prompt.
  • Use an absolute capture path under the home's scratch folder in the jarvis skill's references/computer-use.md § Scratch files.
  • Read the approved action and source values. Check the service, signed-in account and destination before acting.
  • Follow the jarvis skill's references/browser.md for the automation profile, forms, protected fields and bot checks. Keep secrets out of captures and reports. Apply its § Forms and captures identifier masking rule.
  • Follow the jarvis skill's references/accounts-and-secrets.md § Remote sign-in when access requires sign-in. Check the target session's account after the service confirms access.
  • Hand a remaining bot check to the user. Resume only after the user completes it and the service shows access.
  • Read the result at the service. Report an unconfirmed result as unconfirmed to the Jarvis session before any retry.

Output

The approved step, the result checked at the service and any unread or unconfirmed result. If the user must act, give the required action and the check that permits work to resume.

Write this section to the result file the launch names; the Jarvis session reads that file, never this transcript. An attached launch returns it as the reply.

Additional Instructions

Problems with a kendex-owned skill go through kendex report; check ownership in the file first.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

operator is an agent published in the GitHub repository vanillagreencom/kendex (87 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 16 tokens to every session and 485 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (hidden instructions). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.
