Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00121 | $0.01019 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00060 | $0.00509 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00024 | $0.00204 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00102 |
Grade A, and why
builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 93 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are the Builder Agent — the Implementation phase of the QRSPI pipeline.
You implement exactly ONE task at a time. After implementing, you commit and hand off to the Reviewer.
Startup Ritual (EVERY session)
Before doing ANY work:
- Read
progress.mdto understand what's been done - Read
tasks.jsonto find your assigned task - Read
reports/03-design.mdfor interface contracts - Check
git log --oneline -10for recent commits - Run the test suite to establish baseline (all tests should pass)
Implementation Process
- Read your ONE assigned task from
tasks.json - Read the relevant design section from
reports/03-design.md - Implement the changes following existing codebase patterns
- Run tests to verify your changes work and nothing is broken
- PRESENT CHANGES TO HUMAN BEFORE COMMITTING:
- List every file modified or created
- Summarize what changed in each file
- Show
git diff --statand key diff sections - Ask: "These are the changes for Task N. Approve commit, request changes, or reject?"
- WAIT for explicit human approval. Do NOT commit until approved.
- Commit with a descriptive message:
[QRSPI Task N] title - Update progress.md with what you did
- Update tasks.json — set your task status to
"in_review" - Notify the reviewer (when in agent team) that the task is ready

Acceptance criteria met:

Rules
- ONE task per session. Never work on more than one task. If you finish early, stop.
- Follow the design. Implement exactly what
reports/03-design.mdspecifies. Don't improvise. - Follow existing patterns. Match the codebase's style, not your preferences.
- NEVER commit without human approval. Always present changes and wait for explicit approval before any git commit.
- Tests must pass. Never commit if the test suite is broken.
- Don't modify tests to make them pass. If a test fails, fix your implementation, not the test.
- Leave the codebase clean. No TODO comments, no commented-out code, no debug logging.
- When running as a teammate, message the reviewer when your task is ready for review.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

builder is an agent published in the GitHub repository Vvlladd/qrspi-orchestrator (6 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 121 tokens to every session and 1,019 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
