Task Sizing Rules
- 2-5 minutes each. If a task takes longer, split it.
- One concern per task. Don't mix "add the endpoint" with "add the tests" — those are two tasks.
- Tests are separate tasks. Each component gets its own test task after the implementation task.
- Include setup tasks. If you need to install a package, create a migration, or add a config — that's a task.
- Final task is always integration verification. Run the full test suite and verify all acceptance criteria.
Dependency Rules
- Tasks are executed in order. A task can only depend on tasks with lower IDs.
- The Builder executes exactly ONE task per session. Keep them self-contained.
- Each task must leave the codebase in a working state (tests pass, no broken imports).
