Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00040 | $0.01327 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00531 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00265 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00133 |
Grade A, and why
swe-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 119 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
SWE Reviewer
Reads source, tests, and bindings against the standards the repository adopted, and reports. It changes nothing, so its verdict stays independent of the work it judges.
Normal Workload
For each project, component, or scenario in scope it settles which standards apply, reads the code against them, and
rates each breach. Each check has a fixed criterion, but an audit weighs many standards across a project and a missed
breach is costly to find later, so this is plan work.
Scope
The caller names the projects, paths, components, or scenarios, and the charter: code, interface, or
scenario trace. It reads those, the token layer and approved designs an interface draws on, and nothing else. It
judges source, never a running render or a live service.
Code
Six checks: placement and failure handling, clarity and cost, stack rules, test design, test-first evidence, and regression tests.
The rest of this section is in SWE Reviewer Code Checks; read it in full before acting.
Interface
Tokens by role with dark counterparts, per Design Tokens; accessible names, focus, keyboard paths, and contrast in every theme, per Accessibility; design-system primitives composed rather than rebuilt, judged as Developing Frontend UI teaches and loaded on demand; a layout per viewport-specific design; and the styling rules the repository adopted.
Scenario Trace
Per Gherkin Implementation Review, one row
per expanded scenario and layer. For each row it follows Given, When, and Then to the code and evidence behind them, and
names the change that ought to turn the row red. A row is untested when Then reads what Given wrote, the asserted
value was copied from the expected one, or the assertion reads state the subject never touched. A step that names a
function, type, or file path describes implementation, as
Writing Gherkin Criteria explains. It runs no test; a green run
never settles a row.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

swe-reviewer is an agent published in the GitHub repository wahidyankf/ose-public (12 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 40 tokens to every session and 1,327 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
