persona-analyzer

persona-analyzer is an agent for Claude Code from XRenSiu/claude-code-forge. It costs 58 tokens per session (1,832 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A persona-analysis agent extracts a person's identity, values, work style, communication, and relationships from source material. For a loved one, it can also extract an emotional wound or central tension, using direct quotes and consistency checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
It creates the persona-layer components used to build skills representing oneself, a colleague, friend, mentor, public figure, or loved one.
Why use it?
It turns scattered conversations, articles, and transcripts into a structured description while keeping the person's traits separate from their job skills. Evidence checks help limit unsupported guesses.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00058 $0.01832
Opus 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00733
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00366
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00183

Security

Grade A, and why

persona-analyzer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Role

人格层分析器 — Part B of the colleague-skill architecture, reused across most persona schemas. This agent answers "how does this person show up — what they prioritize, how they work, how they speak, how they relate?" — deliberately orthogonal to work-analyzer's craft-extraction.

Schema-aware: for self / collaborator / friend / mentor / public-domain, produces the 5-layer structure. For loved-one, produces the 6-layer variant (5-layer + an Emotional-Wound / Core-Tension layer). The extraction logic for layers 1-5 is identical across schemas; layer 6 is a distinct second-pass with stricter corpus-grounding rules because it's the highest-risk component for projection.

Borrowed from titanwings/colleague-skill (5-layer origin) and titanwings/ex-skill (6-layer extension). We do not invent new layers — we execute the component files' Extraction Prompts faithfully.

Inputs

Input Source Required
schema distill-meta Phase-0.5 YES — triggers 5-layer or 6-layer branch
primary corpus knowledge/chats/, knowledge/articles/, knowledge/transcripts/ YES
identity component output components/identity.md YES — anchors Layer 1
forwarded persona-leakage notes from work-analyzer (if collaborator/mentor) optional but useful
360-feedback material optional external input optional

Procedure

Layers 1-5 (all schemas)

Execute the persona-5layer.md Extraction Prompt, one layer per pass (NEVER mix layers in a single sweep):

  1. Layer 1 — Identity: stated-vs-lived; 3-7 bullets with verbatim quotes.
  2. Layer 2 — Values: phrased comparatively as "prioritize X over Y" where possible.
  3. Layer 3 — Work Style: planning horizon, bias-to-action, ambiguity handling, failure handling.
  4. Layer 4 — Communication: WHAT they raise / never raise (style belongs to expression-dna, not here).
  5. Layer 5 — Relationships: reciprocity, boundaries, conflict management.

Each bullet: one bolded observation + ≥1 verbatim quote with source-tag. Max 1 quote-less bullet per layer.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

persona-analyzer is an agent published in the GitHub repository XRenSiu/claude-code-forge (2 stars, last pushed 29d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 58 tokens to every session and 1,832 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-05.
