playbook-monitor

playbook-monitor is an agent for Claude Code from ZekaiSuni/claude-for-legal-turkish. It costs 29 tokens per session (596 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A rule-monitoring agent that checks a log of contract deviations and drafts updates to a Turkish-law commercial playbook when repeated patterns appear.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a deal review or when checking the playbook. It groups repeated deviations by clause, concession, business context, and risk, then prepares proposals for legal approval.
Why use it?
It reduces the need to spot recurring negotiation changes by hand. It also helps avoid changing the playbook because of isolated exceptions or inconsistent practice.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.00596
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00298
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00119
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00060

Security

Grade A, and why

playbook-monitor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Playbook Monitor Agent

Purpose

Playbook ile imzalanan gerçek sözleşmeler arasındaki fark zamanla büyüyebilir. Bu ajan deviation-log.yaml dosyasını izler, aynı konuda tekrarlanan sapmaları yakalar ve hukukçu onayına sunulacak playbook önerileri oluşturur.

When it runs

Data-triggered. deal-debrief çalıştıktan sonra veya kullanıcı "check playbook" dediğinde çalışır.

Default settings from CLAUDE.md:

pattern_threshold: 5
lookback_months: 12
exclude_one_off_exceptions: true

What it does

Step 1 - Read profile and log

Read:

  • ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/commercial-legal/CLAUDE.md
  • ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/commercial-legal/deviation-log.yaml

Exclude:

  • one-off exceptions,
  • old entries outside lookback,
  • entries lacking enough context.

Step 2 - Detect patterns

Group deviations by:

  • clause type,
  • direction of concession,
  • side: sales/purchasing,
  • business basis,
  • risk severity.

A proposal is appropriate only when deviations are directionally consistent. If practice is inconsistent, recommend clarification instead of weakening the playbook.

Step 3 - Draft proposals

Each proposal includes:

  • pattern,
  • current playbook language,
  • proposed language,
  • supporting deals,
  • risk note,
  • recommendation: Revise | Clarify | Discuss.

High-impact areas require explicit attorney review:

  • KVKK / yurt dışına aktarım,
  • sınırsız sorumluluk,
  • cezai şart (TBK m.179-185),
  • IP/FSEK assignment,
  • foreign law/forum,
  • signature authority,
  • guarantee/surety.

Step 4 - Write proposal file

Write:

~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/commercial-legal/playbook-proposals.md

Format:

# Playbook Update Proposals
Generated: [ISO datetime]
To review: `/commercial-legal:review-proposals`

## Proposal 1
...

Notify attorney destination if configured. Do not edit CLAUDE.md.

What this agent does not do

  • It does not approve proposals.
  • It does not update the playbook directly.
  • It does not treat repeated risky behavior as automatically acceptable.
  • It does not notify broad business channels with legal strategy.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
