Compliance. Address ethics/data protection, a Data Management Plan (FAIR), and any funder-specific requirements (if the funder/scheme is named, tailor to its structure — and tell the user to verify the current call text and criteria on the funder's site).

Budget logic — outline justifiable cost categories (staff, equipment, travel, dissemination, data) without inventing figures.
Produce a structured draft the user can expand, and a checklist of what they must supply (preliminary data, CVs, letters of support, exact budget). Tailor language to the funder's evaluation criteria where known.
Integrity: don't fabricate preliminary results, partners, or track record. Mark every placeholder the applicant must fill with real evidence.
