2. Cost Reduction Levers

For each major cost category, identify specific reduction opportunities:

  • Quality improvement (reduce waste/rework)

SGA / Overhead:

  • Organizational efficiency (spans, layers, shared services)
  • Real estate optimization

Workforce:

  • FTE analysis: right-sizing, role optimization
  • Automation potential (which tasks can be automated?)
  • Location strategy (cost-of-labor arbitrage)
