Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00464
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00232
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00093
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00046

Measured 8d ago against content hash 331357a9ea4e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

keyword-opportunities scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Keyword Opportunities — SEO vs SEA Gap Analysis

Compare organic keywords from Google Search Console with paid keywords from Google Ads to find cannibalization savings and content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Google Search Console connection
  • Google Ads connection

Instructions

  1. Pull organic data — Use gsc_search_analytics(dimensions=["query"], days=28, row_limit=5000) to get organic keyword performance.

  2. Pull paid data — Use google_ads_run_gaql to query keyword_view with clicks, impressions, CPC, cost, and conversions for the last 30 days.

  3. Match keywords — Cross-reference organic and paid keyword lists to find overlaps.

  4. Classify into four quadrants:

Quadrant Organic Position Paid Status Action
Q1: Cannibalization ≤ 5 Active + spending Test pausing ads → potential savings
Q2: Paid-Only > 10 or absent Active + spending Create content to reduce CPC dependency
Q3: Organic Winners ≤ 5 Not bidding No ads needed — free traffic
Q4: Blind Spots > 10 or absent Not bidding Evaluate: worth SEO or SEA investment?
  5. Calculate savings for Q1 keywords where organic position ≤ 3, CTR > 20%, and not a competitor branded term.

  6. Prioritize content opportunities for Q2 keywords by (conversions × CPC) score.

Output Format

Present as a gap analysis report with:

  • Executive summary (total overlap %, potential monthly savings)
  • Quadrant breakdown table with counts and monthly spend
  • Top 10 cannibalized keywords with organic position, CTR, and monthly ad cost
  • Top 10 content opportunities with CPC, conversions, and content ROI estimate
  • Industry benchmark comparison (expected overlap rates by vertical)
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
