blogkit.taskstoissues

blogkit.taskstoissues is a command for coding agents from agentii-ai/blog-tech-kit. It costs 11 tokens per session (412 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that turns content-production tasks into GitHub issues, which are trackable work items in a code repository.

In plain words
What is it for?
It creates issues from tasks.md, groups them by sprint and phase, links blocking relationships, assigns roles, adds acceptance criteria, and creates sprint-level epic issues.
Why use it?
It removes the manual work of copying tasks, dependencies, owners, labels, and completion checks into GitHub.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00011 $0.00412
Opus 5 $0.00005 $0.00206
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00082
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00041

Measured 5d ago against content hash 9668d90ee155, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

blogkit.taskstoissues scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Outline

Convert tasks.md into actionable GitHub issues maintaining structure and dependencies:

  1. Load tasks.md: Parse sprints, phases, dependencies, and task details

  2. Create GitHub Issues for Each Task:

    • Issue title: [SPRINT] [PHASE] Task description
    • Issue body: Full task description with acceptance criteria
    • Labels: Sprint-based (sprint-0, sprint-1, etc.) + Phase-based (research, draft, review, copyedit, publish, measure)
    • Milestone: Set per content sprint (Sprint 0, Sprint 1, etc.)
  3. Link Dependencies:

    • Identify sequential tasks and create "blocks" relationships
    • Add comments linking related tasks
    • Document parallel execution opportunities with labels
  4. Assign Roles:

    • Add assignee based on task type:
      • Research/Outline tasks → Writer
      • Draft tasks → Writer
      • Technical Review → SME
      • Copyedit/SEO → Copyeditor
      • Publish/Distribute → Marketing
      • Measurement → Analytics/Owner
  5. Add Acceptance Criteria:

    • Each issue includes checkbox list for task completion
    • Clear "Definition of Done" for each task type
  6. Create Epic Issues:

    • One epic per sprint (Sprint 0 Epic, Sprint 1 Epic, etc.)
    • Link all sprint tasks as child issues
    • Track sprint progress at epic level
  7. Generate Summary:

    • Show issue count by sprint and phase
    • Display GitHub project/milestone links
    • Provide workflow for team to track progress

NOTE: GitHub issues enable team collaboration and progress tracking.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
