Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00583
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00292
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00117
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00058

Measured 7d ago against content hash 881be9ffdc89, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

growthkit-constitution scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/growthkit.constitution

Create or update project governance principles.

Usage

Run this command to establish your project's constitution.

Example

/growthkit.constitution Create principles focused on sustainable growth, product quality, community engagement, and ethical marketing. Ensure all campaigns validate against these principles.

What This Does

This command will:

  1. Create/update .growthkit/memory/constitution.md with:
    • Seven Core Principles for growth campaigns
    • Constitution Check gates (mandatory and advisory)
    • Growth Metrics Dashboard with 2025 benchmarks
    • Complexity Tracking for justified violations
    • Amendment process
  2. Establish governance that all campaigns must follow:
    • Mandatory gates: MUST pass before planning
    • Advisory gates: Should be addressed in design
    • Violations: Must be explicitly justified
  3. Define project values for:
    • Growth methodology (spec-driven, test-before-scale)
    • Viral loop strategy (Remix, Integration, Watermark)
    • Platform approach (native content, not generic)
    • Community engagement (organic > paid)
    • Measurement strategy (primary, activation, engagement metrics)

Seven Core Principles

  1. Spec-Driven Growth - Every campaign has measurable specifications
  2. Viral Loop Engineering - Remix, Integration, or Watermark loops built in
  3. Agent-First Architecture - Content optimized for LLM citation
  4. Measurement-First Development - Metrics defined upfront
  5. Multi-Platform Distribution - Platform-specific tactics (X: 16:9, TikTok: 9:16)
  6. Test-Before-Scale - Pilot phases with validation gates
  7. Community-Led Amplification - Organic reach over paid ads

Mandatory Constitution Check Gates

All campaigns must pass these before planning:

  • ✓ Campaign spec exists
  • ✓ Growth type identified (Vibe/Trust/Agentic)
  • ✓ Target audience is specific (not generic)
  • ✓ Viral loop mechanism defined
  • ✓ k-factor target set (>1.1)
  • ✓ Metrics defined (primary, activation, engagement)
  • ✓ Pilot phase scoped (<10% budget)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

growthkit-constitution is a command published in the GitHub repository agentii-ai/growth-hacking-kit (5 stars, last pushed 8mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 583 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
