growthkit-tasks

growthkit-tasks is a command for Claude Code from agentii-ai/growth-hacking-kit. It costs 0 tokens per session (475 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that breaks a campaign plan into tasks grouped by campaign phases such as setup, testing, validation, scaling, and measurement.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a task file for campaign execution, including platforms, budgets, success measures, and tracking work.
Why use it?
It turns a broad plan into ordered work with deliverables, dependencies, and tasks that can happen at the same time.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00475
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00237
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00095
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00047

Security

Grade A, and why

growthkit-tasks scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/growthkit.tasks

Generate actionable task breakdown from campaign plan.

Usage

Run this command to create a task list organized by campaign phases.

Example

/growthkit.tasks

What This Does

This command will:

  1. Parse plan.md to extract:
    • Platform targets and content formats
    • Budget allocation (pilot vs. scale)
    • Success criteria and metrics
    • Tactical decisions and platform mechanics
  2. Generate specs/###-campaign-name/tasks.md with tasks organized by phases:
    • Phase 1 - Setup: Infrastructure, tracking, community
    • Phase 2 - Pilot: Execute pilot with <10% budget
    • Phase 3 - Validation: Check results against success criteria
    • Phase 4 - Scale: Roll out to full budget (go/no-go decision)
    • Phase 5 - Measure: Track metrics, generate learnings
  3. Mark parallel opportunities with [P] for concurrent execution
  4. Specify exact deliverables (file paths, platform posts, tracking URLs)
  5. Define dependency order (Setup → Pilot → Validation → Scale → Measure)

Task Structure

- [ ] T001 [Phase 1] Setup description with exact deliverables
- [ ] T002 [P] [Phase 1] Parallel task - can run with T001
- [ ] T003 [Phase 2] Pilot task - depends on Phase 1 completion

Next Steps

  1. Review tasks.md - verify task sequence makes sense
  2. Check for parallel opportunities marked with [P]
  3. Identify dependencies - ensure setup completes before pilot
  4. Run /growthkit.implement to execute all tasks in order

Tips

  • Phase 1 (Setup): Should complete in 1-3 days
  • Phase 2 (Pilot): Run for 2-4 weeks with <10% budget
  • Phase 3 (Validation): Pause here - evaluate results before scaling
  • [P] tasks: Can run in parallel to speed execution
  • Exact deliverables: Each task should specify what file/post/URL it creates
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
