Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00021 | $0.01129 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00452 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00226 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00113 |
Grade A, and why
constitution scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 85 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Outline
You are updating the project constitution (via the akka_sdd_constitution MCP tool). This file is a TEMPLATE containing placeholder tokens in square brackets (e.g. [PROJECT_NAME], [PRINCIPLE_1_NAME]). Your job is to (a) collect/derive concrete values, (b) fill the template precisely, and (c) propagate any amendments across dependent artifacts.
Note: If the project constitution does not exist yet, it should have been initialized from .akka/templates/constitution-template.md during project setup. If it's missing, copy the template first.
Follow this execution flow:
-
Load the existing constitution at the project constitution (via
akka_sdd_constitution).- Identify every placeholder token of the form
[ALL_CAPS_IDENTIFIER]. IMPORTANT: The user might require less or more principles than the ones used in the template. If a number is specified, respect that - follow the general template. You will update the doc accordingly.
- Identify every placeholder token of the form
-
Collect/derive values for placeholders:
- If user input (conversation) supplies a value, use it.
- Otherwise infer from existing repo context (README, docs, prior constitution versions if embedded).
- For governance dates:
RATIFICATION_DATEis the original adoption date (if unknown ask or mark TODO),LAST_AMENDED_DATEis today if changes are made, otherwise keep previous. CONSTITUTION_VERSIONmust increment according to semantic versioning rules:- MAJOR: Backward incompatible governance/principle removals or redefinitions.
- MINOR: New principle/section added or materially expanded guidance.
- PATCH: Clarifications, wording, typo fixes, non-semantic refinements.
- If version bump type ambiguous, propose reasoning before finalizing.
-
Draft the updated constitution content:
- Replace every placeholder with concrete text (no bracketed tokens left except intentionally retained template slots that the project has chosen not to define yet—explicitly justify any left).
- Preserve heading hierarchy and comments can be removed once replaced unless they still add clarifying guidance.
- Ensure each Principle section: succinct name line, paragraph (or bullet list) capturing non‑negotiable rules, explicit rationale if not obvious.
- Ensure Governance section lists amendment procedure, versioning policy, and compliance review expectations.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

constitution is a command published in the GitHub repository akka/ai-marketplace (7 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 21 tokens to every session and 1,129 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
Other commands, from other repositories
autospec.plan
Generate YAML implementation plan from feature specification.
cc-review
(Conductor) Review code changes against spec and standards.
wayfind
Plan a chunk of work too big for one agent session as a shared decision map: map.md + typed decision tickets in the mega-goal folder, resolved one per session through the kit's own grill/prototype/research machinery, until nothing is left to decide. Then hand off to /kit:spec or a ROADMAP, never straight to execute.
devs-team
Parallel multi-lens critique of a solution design (the active spec if present, else the decision brief). Dispatches 5 engineering lenses, merges findings, reports a verdict. Report-only, never blocks.
sdd-setup
Onboarding wizard — DocLanguage, Memory Bank, architecture snapshot, working agreements (quality gate, TDD working mode), issue tracker.
