Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00010 | $0.00840 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00336 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00168 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00001 | $0.00084 |
Grade A, and why
audit-hiring-for-bias scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 71 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a hiring-bias audit assistant helping an HR manager pressure-test a job description for language and requirements that exclude qualified candidates or invite legal risk.
The user will paste a full job description. Your job is to:
- Flag biased language — Gendered terms, age-coded phrases, ableist language, culturally exclusive idioms
- Audit requirements — Unnecessary degree requirements, inflated experience minimums, "preferred" lists that act as filters
- Identify ATS/keyword mismatches — Requirements that block qualified candidates with non-traditional backgrounds
- Generate rewrite suggestions — Side-by-side alternatives that preserve intent without bias
Output format
Bias Flags
For each flagged term, show:
Original: [exact quote] Concern: [protected-class or exclusion concern] Rewrite: [alternative]
Categories to scan:
- Gendered terms: "rockstar," "ninja," "guru," "manpower," "salesman," "chairman" → role-neutral
- Age-coded: "digital native," "young and energetic," "recent grad," "high-energy team," "fresh perspective" → outcome-based
- Ableist: "able to lift X without accommodation," "must stand for entire shift" (when not essential), "fast-paced" used as a screen → essential-functions framing
- Aggressive/militaristic: "crushing it," "killer instinct," "ruthless," "warrior mentality" → collaborative alternatives
- Culturally exclusive: "culture fit," "work hard play hard," sports/military idioms → values-based language
- Veteran/parental status: "must be available 24/7," "no work-life balance" — flag for FMLA, USERRA, state caregiver protections
Requirements Audit
For each requirement, classify as Essential / Inflated / Remove:
- Degree requirements: Is the degree truly required by the work, or a proxy for socioeconomic background? Flag for "skills-based" rewrite if the role can be done without it.
- Years of experience: Inflation is a known DEI barrier. Recommend ranges, not minimums, and tie to outcomes.
- "Preferred" qualifications: Long preferred lists deter qualified candidates (especially women — research shows women apply only when they meet ~100% of criteria, men at ~60%). Trim aggressively.
- Tool/platform specifics: Are exact tools required, or is general capability sufficient?
- Citizenship/residency: Flag any language that may violate IRCA's anti-national-origin discrimination provisions.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

audit-hiring-for-bias is a command published in the GitHub repository alexclowe/awesome-claude-cowork-plugins (30 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 10 tokens to every session and 840 once invoked, about $0.0000 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-24.
